Consecutive Semesters Fiji Has Placed in the Top 15 of All 41 Fraternities on Campus

The lambda Iota chapter places heavy emphasis on academics. We consistently place in the top 10 semester GPA for fraternities on Purdue’s campus. In addition, the chapter’s semester GPA is consistently above the Purdue all men’s average.

The chapter takes steps to ensure scholarship is a top priority for its members. The AAA is one way that chapter members are rewarded for success in the classroom. The AAA scholarship is available to members in their first semester of affiliation with the chapter. The scholarship is non-renewable and is worth $250. To receive this scholarship, a member must achieve a GPA of 3.2 or higher. The chapter also takes punitive measures to encourage academic success. In order to live in the chapter house, members must maintain a 2.5 cumulative GPA.
